We take the intimidation out of Pilates! If you have been wanting to give Pilates a try, this series is for you. Learn the basics in a small group setting (max of 6 participants a time). Our vibe is supportive and encouraging and our goal is that you always leave feeling empowered to move in your own body! Our small class sizes allow us to give you one on one feedback and corrections so you never feel lost in the crowd. In this series, you will learn the following to get you ready to join our group classes...
1.The basic moves/exercises that we use in other classes, and the fundamentals of the Pilates method.
2. How to set up your equipment with ease.
3. Modifications you may need to use in other classes to get the most out of the workout.
4. Understanding of where to move, what to feel and why.
5. How to keep your back safe and happy during class.
6. Learning how to make each move the best for you, your body, and your goals.
